Newbury Consulting Group was founded by John Weston and Nick McCune

Prior to founding Newbury Consulting, Mr. Weston spent eight years at PeopleSoft in a variety of management roles. In 1999, Mr. Weston wrote the original business plan for the Staffing Front Office and PayBill Management modules. Mr. Weston then led development of these modules through 2001. From 2002 through 2004, Mr. Weston led field sales operations for the staffing solution as the Global ESA solution consulting director.

Mr. McCune has focused exclusively on the PeopleSoft staffing industry solution since 1999. He has led several full cycle implementations as Project Manager for major US and UK staffing companies including Randstad, Staffmark and Vital Services Group (UK). Mr. McCune is also a Front Office and PayBill Management functional expert.
