John Weston: Founder, President
At Newbury, John oversees business strategy, new business development, sales and marketing. Prior to founding the company, John spent eight years at PeopleSoft in a variety of management roles. In 1999, he wrote the original business plan for PeopleSoft’s Enterprise Services Automation (ESA) and Staffing suite of applications. He oversaw the development of these solutions.

Mike Bixler: Vice-President, Consulting Operations
At Newbury, Mike oversees solution delivery, recruiting and consulting management. Prior to Newbury, Mike spent 14 years at Spherion where he played an integral part in the PeopleSoft implementation, managed the technical team supporting PeopleSoft and managed the delivery team for VMS clients.
